Muscat, Oct. 21, 2019, SPA -- The Human and Environmental Affairs Sector, an affiliate of the Riyadh-based General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), held here, in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman, an exhibition titled: "Conservation of Nature as a Foundation for Sustainable Development." The exhibition included pictures and paintings on nature and wildlife in the GCC countries, as well as brochures and hand-outs on the conservation of nature and the GCC agreements, in this regard, in order to highlight the interest of the GCC countries, in the field of protection and conservation of wildlife, and the definition of agreements on the conservation of wildlife in the GCC region. The exhibition also contained a recreational corner for children, which included paintings of wildlife and awareness messages addressed to the child.
