Riyadh, Sep. 02, 2019, SPA -- Assistant Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Political and Negotiations Affairs Dr. Abdulaziz bin Hamad Al-Ouaishiq met here today with a top US delegation, led by Joseph Francescon, the Counterterrorism official, at the National Security Council of the White House and Counselor to Counterterrorism policies Joseph Rosenstein.
