Colonel Al-Maliki added that the command of the coalition's joint forces completed the review of the procedures after the work carried out in the area of operations for Sunday (August 11, 2019), and based on what was revealed by the comprehensive review and operational audit, as well as what was explained by those who carried out the operation on the possibility of civilian casualties during the targeting of gatherings of elements of the Houthi militia fighters in the governorate Hajjah, all documents related to the incident was referred to the Joint Accident Assessment Team for consideration and announcement of the results.
