Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah, Saudi Arabia, May 13, 2019, SPA -- Dr. Adel bin Abdulrahman Al-Maawdah, member of the Shura Council of the Kingdom of Bahrain, who is also member of the Supreme Commission for Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud International Prize for Prophet's Sunnah and Contemporary Islamic Studies, lauded the role the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is playing in the service of Islam in general, and the symposium being organized by the prize's commission under the theme "religious efforts at the Prophet's mosque during the Saudi era" in particular. In remarks, Dr. Al-Maawdah underscored the importance of the symposium towards achieving the message of Islam and spotlighting its moderate profile worldwide. He paid tribute to the pioneering role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia attributed to its pivotal status in the heart of the Islamic nation, as well as in the international community which was culminated by the Kingdom's vision 2030, projected led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH the Crown Prince.
