Tenth: The Cabinet approved a number of appointments and promotions as follows: 1- Dr. Mohammed bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Muqbel promoted to the post of Educational Advisor (Rank 15) at the Ministry of Education. 2- Saleh bin Abdulsalam bin Saleh Al-Ghaithi promoted to the post of Director General of Local Loans and Subsidies (Rank 14) at the Ministry of Finance. 3- Dr. Issa bin Fahad bin Mansour Al-Rumaih appointing to the post of Director General of Educational Department (Rank 14) at the Ministry of Education.
