Khalid Abdulaziz Al-Falih said that the countries participating in the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and abroad have shown a higher level of commitment to the agreement on reducing oil production where the Joint Technical Committee announced in its report for March 2018 the level of commitment reached 149% making it the highest of kind since the start of implementation of the agreement. This came during the speech of the Minister Al-Falih at the 8th Meeting of the Joint Ministerial Committee for Oil Production Control held here today.
