During the session, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques delivered a speech in which he expressed pride regarding level of bilateral relations and joint cooperation between the two friendly countries. "I refer to the important economic transformations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and China which offered great opportunities to enhance the strong links between them," the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques said, lauding efforts exerted by the high-level joint committee between the two countries to strengthen and develop relations. "We hope that the strategic cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and China will contribute in strengthening international efforts to combat extremism and terrorism as a global threat and to achieve international peace and security," the monarch said.
