In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Dr. Ghassan pointed out importance of this visit in the fields of small and medium enterprises, investment opportunities and training. "The Republic of Indonesia is an important country for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia due to the Kingdom's position in the Islamic world and the Republic of Indonesia which is the largest Muslim population in the Islamic world. The Kingdom and Indonesia are among the major economies in the world, "Group of Twenty/G-20". The two countries enjoy very important geographical feature where the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the hub connecting three continents, Asia, Africa and Europe, and the Republic of Indonesia has a very important location in Southeast Asia," he said. Dr. Al-Suleiman disclosed that the Indonesian economy is based on the small and medium enterprises with 99.9%. "The role of small and medium enterprises in many countries in the world is accelerating significantly in building economies.
