President of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu signs four contracts worth 127 million riyals

Riyadh, Jumada I 23, 1438, Feb 20, 2017, SPA -- Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan, President of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, signed in his office in Riyadh today, four contracts for the construction of ready-manufactured buildings for investors and creating the basic equipment of residential and industrial zone in Yanbu Industrial City, at a cost of SR127.943.910, in the framework of activating the national transformation program initiatives in 2020. The contracts, which each cover a wide area of business, were designed to take over procurement and construction work of 19 prefabricated buildings, including a decade-scale infrastructure processing including site preparation, excavation, backfilling, the work of settlement, roads, parking lots, and drinking water systems, fire, and water for irrigation, the electricity grid, and lighting the streets and squares, and networks of telecommunications, handling the construction and redevelopment of the core district, including the construction, testing and commissioning of basic equipment and business improvement works, in addition to the implementation of the establishment of extensions of the electricity grid in the Sea Coast in Yanbu Industrial City. --SPA 20:35 LOCAL TIME 17:35 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w336664
