Riyadh, Rabi'I 13, 1438, Dec 12, 2016, SPA -- The Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel bin Zaid Al-Toraifi extended thanks and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for ongoing support to make intellectual and scientific works, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the King and Prince Mishaal bin Majid bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Jeddah Governorate, who is also the Head of the Supreme Committee, overseeing the fair, for making these events successful. The cable of thanks was sent, as the minister hailed preparations of holding Jeddah International Book Fair, set to take place on 15-25 Dec., 2016. Events are to take place, at Fair Plot, in Southern Ubhur area, where about one million tittles are to be displayed, covering a wide range of knowledge, with as many as 450 participant house of publishing, from 27 Arab as well as foreign countries.
