Abu Dhabi, Rabi'I 13, 1438, Dec 12, 2016, SPA -- Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Dr. Rashid Al-Zayani participated in the workings of the Fiker 15 Conference held here and organized by the Arab Thought Foundation, in collaboration with the Secretariat General of the Arab League, under the auspices of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zaid Al Nahyan, the President of the United Arab Emirates, in the presence of Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region and other Arab officials.
