Muscat, Rabi'I 5, 1438, Dec 4, 2016, SPA -- The Omani- Brunei Joint Energy Committee held its second meeting here today under the theme "Enhancing Industrial Cooperation to Achieve Economic Growth and Development". The three-day meeting started with a welcoming speech by Dr. Mohammed bin Hamad Al-Rumhy, Minister of Oil and Gas, Head of the Omani side in the Omani-Brunei Joint Energy Committee, followed by an opening speech delivered by Minister of Energy and Industry in Brunei Prime Minister's Office. The first and third days of the meeting will include several work papers, where Dr. Anwar bin Suliman Al-Kharousi, Adviser of the Minister of Oil and Gas for Investment Affairs will patronize over a workshop on trade and partnership opportunities between the Omani and Bruneian sides.
