Vienna. 09 Sha'ban,1437 AH, 16 May,2016 , SPA -- Chief diplomats from about 20 countries are meeting Monday in Vienna to shore up support for Libya's UN-backed government and discuss ways to stabilize the country, dpa reported. Security issues top the agenda at the talks hosted by US Secretary of State John Kerry and Italian Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni.
