Fifth: The Cabinet approved a number of measures pertaining to leasing beach lands with aim to prevent misusing coast and beach lands. Sixth: The Cabinet approved a number of appointments as follows: 1- Sami bin Sulaiman bin Abdulrahman Al-Nuhait appointed to the post of Undersecretary of the Ministry for Agricultural Research and Development (Rank 15) at the Ministry of Agriculture. 2- Saud bin Qabel bin Buraik Al-Zaidi appointed to the post of Ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 3- Mohammed bin Suleiman bin Mohammed Al-Mesher appointed to the post of Ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 4- Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Muhanna appointed to the post of Director General of Rights (Rank 14) at the Ministry of Interior. 5- Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Saad Al-Duhaimi appointed to the post of Head of Notary (Rank 14) at the Ministry of Justice. 6- Mohammed bin Ibrahim bin Abdulrahman Al-Hassan transferred from the post of Tax Advisor (Rank 14) to the post of Director General of Control and Follow-up (rank 14) at the Department of Zakat and Income Tax. 7- Mansour bin Saleh bin Yousef Al-Wabili appointed to the post of Tax Advisor (Rank 14) at the Department of Zakat and Income Tax. 8- Eng. Saad bin Mohammed bin Suleiman Al-Sayari appointed to the post of Director General of the Department of Roads and Transport in the Eastern Region (Rank 14) at the Ministry of Transport. 9- Marei bin Barakah bin Bishir Al-Derbas appointed to the post of Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
