Makkah, Ramadan 27, 1436, Jul 14, 2015, SPA -- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received at Al-Safa Palace here today Prince Dr. Mishaal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, Governor of Northern Borders Region; and Minister of Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Huqail, who came to take the oath of office before the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. They said "In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. I swear by Allah Almighty to be loyal to my religion, King and homeland, not to divulge a secret of the State's secrets, maintain its interests and regulations, and perform my missions with honesty, integrity and loyalty''.
