In the Kingdom's speech in front of the Human Rights Council, the ambassador Al-Tarad added, during the discussion of the International Fact-Finding Commission's report on the Israeli aggression on Gaza last summer, that this report proves once again and year after year that Israel is the world's leading violators of human rights in the world, and that the international community, specially the UN Council Security and Human Rights Council bears international responsibility to stop these violations, which won't be carried out but only by the return of the right to its owners companions, by putting an end to the brutal Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories and the establishment of an independent and viable Palestinian state with the holy Al-Quds as its capital. --SPA 14:17 LOCAL TIME 11:17 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
