New York, Sha'ban 30, 1436, June 17, 2015, SPA -- The Saudi Delegation in New York has launched an information media campaign for Dr. Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Saif, the Saudi candidate for membership of the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities for the period of 2017-2020. The campaign was launched on the sidelines of the eighth session of the Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which was concluded this week at the United Nations Headquarters in New Your and was attended by a delegation of the Saudi ministries of Foreign Affairs and Social Affairs. Saudi Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York Ambassador Abdullah bin Yahia Almoalimi introduced Dr. Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Saif, highlighting his efforts in the promotion of the cause of persons with disabilities.
