The Ministerial Council expressed satisfaction at the outcome of the ministerial meeting on strategic dialogue held with UK Foreign Minister Philip Hammond on June 3, 2015. The Council expressed thanks to and appreciation of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the establishment of King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Work, praising Saudi Arabia's allocation of SR1 billion for the center's activities. The Ministerial Council praised the efficiency and capacity of Bahrain's security services in foiling a terrorist plot that was aimed at the security of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Ministerial Council condemned the launching of projectiles from Yemeni territory against some border cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, praising the capacity and efficiency of the Saudi forces in responding to the sources of projectiles. The Council stressed the right of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to take necessary steps to defend its security and stability and to protect its citizens and borders.
