Crown Prince holds meeting with Prime Minister of the Republic of Lebanon

Jeddah, Sha'ban 15, 1436, Jun 2, 2015, SPA -- Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, held in Jeddah Tuesday evening a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lebanon Tammam Salam. The Crown Prince highlighted the strategic and historical relations between the two brotherly countries and their keenness to strengthen them at various levels, stressing the kingdom's continued historical approach supporting the national unity in Lebanon. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Lebanon hailed the status of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Arab and Muslim worlds, stressing that the support by the kingdom for the Islamic and Arab countries and its supporting positions at all levels made it occupy this important position. The meeting discussed bilateral relations and areas of cooperation between the two brotherly countries and ways to support and promote them, in addition to reviewing the developments at the regional and international arenas.
