Then, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir delivered a speech in which he expressed his thanks to Emir of Kuwait for hosting the 42nd session of the OIC's Council of Foreign Ministers and opening this session's works in addition to addressing the Conference by his speech which included a lot of noble contents.
