The Secretary General of the Competition Council further said: Penalty of breaching the competition's regulation stipulates a fine not exceeding 10% of the facility's total sales value and that whoever may be incurred whatever damage caused by violation of practices, can apply for compensation before the competent court. During the meeting, members of the RCCI's marketing committee and the Council's Secretary General discussed issues on the sector.
