UNITED NATIONS, Rajab 25, 1436, May 14, 2015, SPA -- UN envoy to Iraq Jan Kubis stressed that there is a general consensus among Iraqi parties to fight ISIS terrorist organization, which requires the unity and cooperation of all components of Iraqi society. During a briefing Thursday to the UN Security Council on the developments in Iraq, he said that Iraqi security forces are making progress and regaining some land from the control of ISIS, pointing out that these gains remain fragile in some cases.
