Hail, Rajab 15, 1436, May 04, 2015, SPA -- Prince Saud Bin Abdul Mohsen Bin Abdul Aziz, Governor of Hail Region patronized here on Sunday evening the graduation ceremony of the 10th batch of students of Hail University of bachelor's degree, in the presence of Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Hail Region. Hail University Director, Dr. Khalil bin Ibrahim Al-Brahim delivered a speech in which he expressed congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, on the occasion of his selection of Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdul Aziz as Crown Prince, and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, as the Deputy Crown Prince. In a speech on this occasion, Prince Saud Bin Abdul Mohsen said: "Today, we offered pledge of allegiance to Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdul Aziz as Crown Prince and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, as Deputy crown prince and we our happiness completed by the graduation of this batch of Hail university students."
