The minister reaffirmed that the Kingdom's oil foreign policy is moderate as it aims at striking a balance between the present and the future, between corroborating the national income and maintaining our stake at the world market and keeping oil as a main source of energy, pointing to the Kingdom's huge reserves of oil and gas and that it is the most significant world powers, interested in keeping the world order stability, its economic progress and prosperity of the mankind.
