Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources; Dr. Ibrahim Al-Assaf, Minister of Finance, Eng. Yousef Al-Bassam, Vice President and Managing Director of the Saudi Development Fund; and Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Zamil, Chairman of the Saudi Chamber of Commerce.
