GAUHATI, India, Jumada I 20, 1436, Mar 11, 2015, SPA -- A crude bomb exploded Wednesday in a crowded market in northeastern India, killing at least three people and injuring 15 others, police said. According to AP, a police official in Imphal, the capital of Manipur state, said the blast occurred when the market was crowded with shoppers. It killed two tea sellers and the owner of a shop selling chicken, he said. The official spoke on condition of anonymity, citing office policy.
