Riyadh, 17 Jumada I 1436 H, March 8, 2015, SPA -- Minister of Finance Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al Assaf, and German Minister of Economics and Energy Sigmar Gabriel co-signed the minutes of concluding the Saudi German Joint Committee which kicked off in Riyadh Intercontinental hotel yesterday. Following the meeting, Al-Assaf said the protocol included the topics discussed over two days of negotiations including government and private sector delegations from the two sides. He said the dual taxation agreement was discussed with the German side and would be concluded in the next round of discussion in Germany. He lauded the two agreements signed with the German side today as a good thing within the joint cooperation between the two countries. He also drew the attention to the big attendance of Government and private sector of Germany, saying that it would be reflected on the German Saudi investment in the Kingdom, and noting that it would have a good reflection on the performance of the economy in general but a limited one on the budget in particular. --SPA 21:35 LOCAL TIME 18:35 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
