GENEVA, Switzerland, Rabi'II 14, 1436, Feb 3, 2015, SPA -- A new report from the U.N's weather agency, the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), confirms that 2014 was the hottest year on record, according to UPI. A previous report from NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration made the same statement.
