"At 10:30 am (0600 GMT), an 'enemy of the people' in a car targeted a vehicle of the foreign troops in the police district 9," the Interior Ministry said, using a term used to refer to Taliban militants.. According to dpa, four Afghans and a British national were killed, and 33 people including four children were injured, it said.
