Riyadh, January 27, 2020, SPA -- The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the January 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 6.720 billion. The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows: The first tranche has a size of SAR 715 million and a total tranche size of SAR 715 billion, matures in 2027.
