Aden, Sep 19, 2019, SPA -- Yemeni President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi issued three republican decrees, including the reshuffle of three ministerial portfolios within the government of the prime minister Dr. Moein Abdul-Malik. The official Yemeni News Agency reported that according to these decisions, Mohammed Abdullah Al-Hadrami is appointed as the new Minister of Foreign Affairs of Yemen and Salem Saleh bin Brik is appointed as the new Minister of Finance.
