The center's works reflect keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Kingdom's role in this field where King Salman said in his speech on the occasion of launching the center: "Stemming out of the teachings of our Islamic religion which enshrines the provision of relief and aid to the needy people as well as to the provision of a respectable life that preserves humans’ life, dignity and health, in addition to the continuation of the Kingdom's key role and its global mission in the field of humanitarian aids. We announce the establishment and the laying of the cornerstone of this centre which shall be specialized in relief and humanitarian activities.
