Amman, June 18, 2019, SPA -- Acting Speaker of the House of Representatives of Jordan Samir Al-Rifai received here today a delegation of the Saudi-Jordanian Parliamentary Friendship Committee of the Shoura Council headed by Mr. Saleh bin Munea Al-Khaliliyi, in the presence of the Saudi Ambassador to Jordan Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Turki Al Saud, as part of the delegation's current official visit to Jordan. During the meeting, Al-Rifai welcomed the delegation, stressing the depth of the brotherly relations between the two countries under their leaderships, pointing out that these relations are a model of the Pan-Arab relations and cooperation and joint Arab action. He congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, on the success of the recently-concluded Makkah summits, citing Saudi Arabia's positions towards overcoming Jordan's economic crisis.
