Worshippers perform Isha and Taraweeh prayers at the Grand mosque, in anticipation of the night of achieving the life-dream

Makkah, May 31, 2019 SPA -- Upon direct supervision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of the services being rendered to Umrah performers at the Makkah-based grand mosque, huge gatherings of worshippers have performed Isha and Taraweeh prayers at the Grand mosque this evening which falls on the 27th of Ramadan in anticipation of the Quran-prophesied night of achieving a one-shot God-gifted life-dream (Laylat Al-Qadr), or night of Power. Since the early hours of today, visitors and Umrah performers who came to fulfil their rituals at this very time from inside and outside the Kingdom including citizens and expatriates as well as outsiders, the grand mosque was congested with those seeking the forgiveness of Allah the Almighty and His mercy amid unprecedented world-class services accorded to them by the authorities affiliated to the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques as well as an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. For his part, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region; and Prince Badr bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region; as well as other officials in charge of providing the needed services for the worshippers were following, on the spot, the implementation of the high-level instructions and troubleshooting whatever obstacles that might face a single worshipper or hinder him from enjoying the gains of his journey to the House of God in Makkah, the world's holiest place ever. The traffic to and out of the Grand mosque, the cold Zamzam holy potable water, copies of holy Quran books, sessions of illumination held by Saudi Ulema, carts to help the movement of elders and sick worshippers, places to pray or walk, emergency civil defense crews, anti-pesticide and janitor teams, security officers are all available at the disposal of worshippers at the Grand mosque. In this regard, SPA conducted direct interviews with a number of multi-national worshippers who expressed pleasure to spend this day at the premises of the Grand mosque and anticipate Laylat Al-Qadr at the end of the day, paying tribute to the Government of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and HRH the Crown Prince for the state-of-the-art services rendered to them to perform this ritual in the best atmosphere of security and tranquility.
