Moscow, April 8, 2019, SPA – Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov opened here today the 12th Arab-Russian Business Council and the Arabia-EXPO International Exhibition. Dr. Sami bin Abdullah Al-Obaidi, Chairman of the Saudi Chambers Council, led the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's delegation to the meeting.
