Makkah,21 March,2019 SPA -- The General Presidency for Affairs of the Grand Holy Mosque and the Prophet's Holy Mosque, represented by the Director General of the General Directorate of Information Technology Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Al-Subhi, has participated in the meetings of the United Nations Telecommunication Development Committee in Geneva. Dr. Al-Subhi said that his participation in these meetings is an affirmation of the vital and active role being played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in working with the international community to develop various development sectors including the ICT sector, pointing out that the Kingdom has been an active member of the Board of Directors of International Telecommunication Union (ITU) for more than 53 years which includes 48 member States out of 183. --SPA 15:25 LOCAL TIME 12:25 GMT 0011 www.spa.gov.sa/w1069852
