Amman, February 21, 2019, SPA -- State Minister for Media Affairs Jumana Ghuneimat on Wednesday announced that a General Intelligence Department major has succumbed to wounds he sustained in last week twin-blast near Balqa, northwest of Amman. Maj. Sa'id al-Theeb was with a security force that rushed to the site of two explosions in a deserted area in Wadi Al Azraq area of Balqa Governorate.
