Arar, February 04, 2019, SPA -- Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz, the Governor of the Northern Border Region, here today inaugurated the Intellectual Security Forum organized by the General Presidency of the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice in the Northern Border Region. In a speech on the occasion, the governor highlighted efforts by the leadership of this country in supporting their people.
