Riyadh, December 18, 2018, SPA -- Minister of Media Dr. Awwad bin Saleh Al-Awwad extended congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, on the occasion of announcement of the State's general budget for the Fiscal Year 14410/1441 AH (2019).The minister pointed out, in a press statement, that the Ministry of Finance will hold a plenary forum, on Wednesday, to be attended by a number of ministers, to tackle significant achievements realized by the state apparatus, during the year and to shed light on the government aspirations for the next year budget.He further indicated that the transparent approach embodied in the mechanisms related to announcing the budget, functions, accompanying media sessions and ministers discussions, constitute an annual healthy-wise and constructive openness, reasserting the state keenness to cherish the principle of transparency, disseminate spirit of responsibility, commitment and achievement, not before the leadership only, but also before the noble citizen, as he is the first partner in the development process.The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will move ahead towards realizing the ambitious goals of the Vision 2030, based on the positive indicators announced in the Pre-statement of the state general budget, which run in tandem with international economic parties, such as the IMF and world credit rating agencies, in addition to the distinct presence of the Kingdom in the Future Investment Initiative, in Riyadh as well as the Saudi outstanding presence, during the G20 summit, recently, concluded, in Argentina, the minister stated.As many as 100 Arab and world business and financial journalists and media men, have been invited to attend and to take part in the forum to be held on the budget of the most strong Arab economy and one of the most strong 20 economies, in the world, in the presence of the ministers, on Wednesday, the minister concluded.-- SPA23:31 LOCAL TIME 20:31 GMT0028 www.spa.gov.sa/w807360
