Riyadh, 09 December,2018 , SPA -- The leaders and heads of delegations of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States started arriving in Riyadh today to attend the 39th session of the GCC Supreme Council. Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs of Sultanate of Oman arrived here today.
