Al-Jouf, Rabi'I 13, 1440, November 21, 2018, SPA -- On the occasion of the King's current visit to Al-Jouf region, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has ordered to release all Saudi insolvent prisoners in the region in financial and non-criminal cases provided that their debts do not exceed one million riyals and their insolvency is proved legally.
