Manama, Safar 18, 1440, October 27, 2018, SPA -- Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa stressed the importance of alliances and partnerships between supportive countries in the region and their allies abroad to ensure regional stability, especially in light of the challenges facing the countries of the region, for a stable, prosperous and conflict-free Middle East that contributes positively to the global economy. This came in the address of His Excellency to the Manama Dialogue Conference at its 14th session, according to the Bahrain News Agency (BNA) this morning. Sheikh Khalid noted the importance of the proposal made by the United States of America to establish a strategic Middle East alliance, adding that this alliance will contribute to enhancing security and prosperity in the region and helping its countries to meet the various challenges it faces at all levels.
