Jeddah, Safar 14, 1440, Oct 23, 2018, SPA -- The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned a car bomb attack near the town of Qayyarah in northern Iraq today, which resulted in dozens of deaths and injuries. The Secretary-General of the OIC, Yousef bin Ahmad Al-Othaimeen, expressed his sincere condolences to the families of the victims and the people and government of Iraq, wishing the injureda speedy recovery.
