Riyadh, Safar 09, 1440, October 18, 2018, SPA -- Riyadh City Development Authority and Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) signed a cooperation agreement with International Telecommunication Union (ITU) for the participation of Riyadh City in the "KPIs Project " within 50 cities around the world. The agreement was co-signed by the Executive Chairman of Riyadh City Development Authority Eng.
