Kabul, Dhu-AlQa'dah 17, 1439, Jul 30, 2018, SPA -- A suicide bomber has killed at least four people in eastern Nangarhar province, a spokesman for the provincial governor said on Monday evening. The bomber had targeted a local tribal leader, dpa quoted spokesman Ataullah Khogyani as saying. At least one other person was seriously wounded in the incident, the spokesman said.
