Riyadh, Shawwal 26, 1439, Jul 10, 2018, SPA -- Minister of Industry, in the Indian state of Orissa, Ananta Das called on Saudi businessmen to explore investment, in the agro-industries, metal manufacturing and tourism, as well as supporting industries for small and medium-sized enterprises, in the state. This came during the Saudi-Indian Business meeting, hosted by the Council of Saudi Chambers, indicating that the government of his state has taken concrete steps to strengthen the economy, through increasing agricultural and industrial productivity, provision of infrastructure and public services, stressing that the state of Orissa possesses huge mineral resources, that can make significant contribution to the growth of India's strategic sectors, as well as its unique experience in charting the path to sustainable and comprehensive growth, an important lesson for other countries and states that are also rich, in natural resources.
