Ankara, Shawwal 25, 1439, July 09, 2018, SPA -- President-elect Recep Tayyip Erdogan was sworn-in here today as the new president of the Republic of Turkey according to the new presidential system following his winning the presidential elections which took place last June. In a speech on the occasion, Erdogan pledged to preserve democracy as part of the concepts of stability and welfare of people, national solidarity, justice, human rights, basic liberties and faith of the constitution.
