Jeddah, Shawwal 24, 1439, July 08, 2018, SPA -- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the General Secretariat of the Jeddah-based Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) have completed preparations to host the International Conference of Muslim Scholars on Peace and Stability in the Republic of Afghanistan, which will be hosted by the Kingdom in Jeddah and Makkah on July 26-27, 2018 respectively. On this occasion, Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, the Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, highly commended the efforts exerted by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, and ways to provide all means to hold this important conference, which will be attended by Muslim Scholars from the countries of the Islamic world. -- SPA 17:36 LOCAL TIME 14:36 GMT 0018 www.spa.gov.sa/w713853
