Berlin, Ramadan 28, 1439, Jun 13, 2018, SPA -- One man died in Bavaria after he was swept away by a river following heavy storms in the south of Germany. The 52-year-old was reported missing to police Tuesday afternoon in the Alpine town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Emergency services spent several hours trying to locate the man before they found his body, dpa reported. Several areas throughout southern Germany have been affected by heavy rainfall in the past days.
