Al-Ahsa, Sha'ban 29, 1439, May 15, 2018, SPA -- King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Quality Center signed in Riyadh yesterday a Memorandum of Understanding with the UNESCO Regional Center of Quality and Excellence in Education. The MoU was co-signed by Chairman of the Administrative Council of King Fahd Quality Center Ahmed bin Mohammed Balghanim who is also the Director General of Education in Al-Ahsa Governorate, and Director General of the UNESCO Regional Center of Quality Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Al-Medaires.
